Social condenser, recreation space, transportation gateway, services, mall all in one, estate centres are a building type unique to HK. Our research delves into more than 141 estate centres. The project is a collaboration between Jeffrey Cheng + Don Hong (MArch, 2021) of BN and Kongcept + Kris Provoost.

香港與英國的公共屋邨因長達百年的殖民地關係而有許多共通點，這計劃透過在香港與英國歷史的共同分析，帶大家以新的角度認識香港的公共房屋。

Public estates of HK and the UK share plain similarities due to the centuries-long colonial relationship. Through the joint analysis in between, this project will open up a new perspective on public housing in HK.
